The 2024 U.S. Open will take place at Pinehurst No. 2 in North Carolina beginning on Thursday, June 13. Masters winner Scottie Scheffler is the 11-4 favorite in the current 2024 U.S. Open odds. He's followed by Rory McIlroy (10-1), PGA Championship winner Xander Schauffele (10-1) and Bryson DeChambeau (10-1). Tiger Woods is 125-1 and last won this major in 2008, while reigning champion Wyndham Clark is 33-1. Other top contenders include Viktor Hovland (12-1), Ludvig Aberg (14-1) and Collin Morikawa (14-1). The latest 2024 U.S. Open forecast is calling for sunny skies and highs in the 90s.

One major surprise the model is calling for at the 2024 U.S. Open: Xander Schauffele (10-1), who is coming off a win at the PGA Championship and is one of the top favorites, stumbles and barely cracks the top five! The model has also made the call on some of golf's biggest names such as Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy.
Woods is a three-time U.S. Open winner and has had promising moments early in the Masters and PGA Championship this year, but ultimately faltered didn't contend in either. McIlroy, meanwhile, has finished ninth or better in the last five U.S. Opens, including runner-up last year. He's still looking for his first major victory since 2014, but he has two wins on the PGA Tour this year and it appears to be just a matter of time before he breaks through again in a major.
