While the expert consensus is to rank Brooks outside the top 30 with the talented first-year player recovering from a torn ACL, Gibbs has made an aggressive call on the University of Texas product, playing him just outside his top 15 at the position. Gibbs is also much lower on consensus high-ranked backs like Saquon Barkley and Joe Mixon.
