College football's bowl games are just around the corner, starting with South Alabama vs. Western Michigan in the Salute to Veterans Bowl on Saturday at 9 p.m. ET. South Alabama is favored by 8.5 points against Western Michigan according to the latest college football odds. The action only intensifies from there, including the newly-expanded 12-team College Football Playoff kicking off on Dec. 20 (see college football odds here).

One thing we can tell you -- he's expecting No. 11 Alabama, a 10-point favorite, to beat Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl on New Year's Eve after missing out on a spot in the CFP. Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe has announced that he will play in this game.
"Will Alabama care after just missing out on the College Football Playoff? Even if they don't, the Tide should still take care of offensively inept Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl," Casale said.
