Martin Truex Jr. sits atop the playoff standings with 711 points, but William Byron, the leader in outright wins this season, is close behind with 681. Caesars Sportsbook lists Truex as the favorite at +410 (risk $100 to win $410) in the latest 2023 Cook Out 400 odds. Denny Hamlin has the second-lowest odds at +525, followed by Kyle Larson (+600), Christopher Bell (+650) and Kevin Harvick (+700).
