The 2022 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play gets underway on Wednesday from Austin Country Club in Austin, Texas. The 2022 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play field features 64 golfers divided into 16 groups of four for round-robin play from Wednesday through Friday, with the top 16 of those advancing to a knockout format on Saturday and Sunday.

Caesars Sportsbook lists Jon Rahm and Justin Thomas as the 14-1 co-favorites in the latest 2022 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play odds. They are followed by Viktor Hovland (16-1), Scottie Scheffler (18-1) and Collin Morikawa (20-1) on the PGA odds board.

We simulated the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play 2022 10,000 times, and there are some MAJOR surprises.

Our proprietary model, built by DFS pro Mike McClure, has been RED-HOT since the PGA Tour resumed in June of 2020. In fact, the model is up over $8,200 on its best bets since the restart, nailing tournament after tournament.

At the 2021 Open Championship, McClure's best bets included Collin Morikawa winning outright even though he was listed as a massive 40-1 long shot. In addition, McClure's model was all over Jon Rahm's (10-1) first career major championship victory at the 2021 U.S. Open. Rahm was two strokes off the lead heading into the weekend, but the model still projected him as the winner.

This same model has also nailed a whopping seven majors entering the weekend! Anyone who has followed it has seen MASSIVE returns!

One major surprise the model is calling for at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play 2022: Morikawa, the No. 2 ranked golfer in the world and one of the top favorites, stumbles this week and doesn't crack the top five! Another surprise: Xander Schauffele, a 28-1 long shot, makes a strong run at the title. He's a target for anyone looking for a HUGE payday!

Also, the model is targeting TWO other golfers with odds of 28-1 or longer who will make a STRONG run at the title! Anyone who backs these long shots could hit it BIG.

So who wins the 2022 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play? And which HUGE long shots make a serious run at the title? ... Join SportsLine right now to see who you can bank on to win the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play 2022, and see which long shots make a run at the title, all from the model that's nailed seven majors!
