The model knows the Bucs are banged up, but Brady has been able to keep winning. He threw for 271 yards and two TDs last week, with wide receiver Mike Evans catching nine balls for 117 yards and a score. Backup running backs Ke'Shawn Vaughn and Giovani Bernard combined for 145 total yards and nine players caught at least one pass. The Bucs also forced three turnovers and held the NFL's top rushing team to 95 yards on the ground as they took a 31-0 lead into the fourth quarter.
The model also has considered the Rams' impressive performance last Monday, when they held Arizona to 183 yards, had two takeaways and scored a defensive TD. Aaron Donald, Von Miller and the rest of the defense harassed Kyler Murray all night, and Brady was sacked four times behind his banged-up offensive line last Sunday. L.A. also saw promise in Cam Akers' return, as he had 55 rushing yards and a 40-yard reception.
