The roars return to Riviera Country Club this week when the 2022 Genesis Invitational tees off on Thursday, Feb. 17. The 2022 Genesis Invitational field features a strong mix of proven champions and budding superstars eager to make their mark on the PGA Tour. 

Caesars Sportsbook lists Jon Rahm as the 9-1 favorite in the latest 2022 Genesis Invitational odds. The No. 1 ranked player in the world is followed by Patrick Cantlay (12-1), Justin Thomas (16-1), Dustin Johnson (18-1) and Collin Morikawa (20-1) on the PGA odds board. 

We simulated the Genesis Invitational 2022 10,000 times, and there are some MAJOR surprises.

Our proprietary model, built by DFS pro Mike McClure, has been RED-HOT since the PGA Tour resumed in June of 2020. In fact, the model is up almost $10,000 on its best bets since the restart, nailing tournament after tournament.

At the 2021 Open Championship, McClure's best bets included Collin Morikawa winning outright even though he was listed as a massive 40-1 long shot. In addition, McClure's model was all over Jon Rahm's (10-1) first career major championship victory at the 2021 U.S. Open. Rahm was two strokes off the lead heading into the weekend, but the model still projected him as the winner. 

This same model has also nailed a whopping seven majors entering the weekend! Anyone who has followed it has seen MASSIVE returns!

One major surprise the model is calling for at the Genesis Invitational 2022: Morikawa, a five-time PGA Tour champion and one of the top favorites, stumbles this week and barely cracks the top 10!
