The first week of the NFL season is in the books, and that means there's information to break down before you dig into the array of NFL prop bets for Week 2. With another massive 14-game Sunday slate, there are plenty of NFL player props that need to be analyzed.
Before locking in any 2021 NFL prop picks for Week 2, you'll want to see the top NFL picks from props expert Alex Selesnick.
Over the past two seasons, Selesnick (aka PropStarz) is up a whopping 116 units on NFL props and futures plays. For a $100 bettor, that's an $11,600 return! PropStarz specializes in NFL and NBA prop betting, where he implements a combination of research, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling. His background playing competitive poker, Scrabble and backgammon helped form the foundation of his sports betting approach.
In Week 1, PropStarz went 4-1 on his picks, including Atlanta receiver Russell Gage to go under 55.5 yards (-115). The expert predicted Gage would have major difficulty adjusting to his new role as the No. 2 receiver, and the added attention would hinder his production. The result? Gage was invisible in Sunday's 32-6 loss to the Eagles, failing to gain separation and being targeted just once. He didn't catch that pass, and PropStarz cashed that bet with ease.
After poring over the myriad NFL prop odds, PropStarz found five more picks he loves for NFL Week 2. One of his bets for Sunday: Eagles rookie DeVonta Smith will go over 3.5 catches (-120) in Philly's matchup with the 49ers. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner has been reunited with former Alabama teammate Jalen Hurts, and the quarterback looked Smith's way often in the Week 1 rout of the Falcons. He had six catches for 71 yards and a TD, and PropStarz expects more of the same this week.
PropStarz also has locked down four other CONFIDENT prop bets, including calling for a star receiver to continue to falter as other options emerge around him. You NEED to see these picks before deciding in your bets.
