Today's top picks: Why Wisconsin will cover against Northwestern and more college football, college basketball and NBA expert bets for Saturday, Nov. 13

Allan Bell is joined by expert sports bettors Mike McClure, Micah Roberts and Justin Perri on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for college football, college basketball and NBA for Saturday, Nov. 13.

Roberts starts things off with Wisconsin (-24) to cover against Northwestern (noon ET). "They're playing like one of the top 10 teams in the country right now, maybe even better," he says.

He also likes the Clippers (-6.5) to cover against the Timberwolves (9:30 p.m. ET). "You don't even have to guard [the Timberwolves] or defend them," he says. "They just take so many bad shots, especially point guard D'Angelo Russell."

All three of Perri's picks come in college basketball. The first is Harvard (+8.5) to cover against Iona (1 p.m. ET). "I have this [line] closer to -4.5, -5," he says.

He also likes Colorado (-14.5) to cover against New Mexico (6:30 p.m. ET). "Colorado just needed overtime to win on a -12 line, so there's a little bit of value coming off a game they should've played a lot better in," he says.

Perri's final play is Over 137.5 points in the North Carolina A&T-Jacksonville game (2 p.m. ET). "I really have it at 143, 144 -- again a really nice edge on this play from the model," he says.

Both of McClure's picks come from the Michigan-Penn State game (noon ET): Under 10 points in the first quarter and Under 24 points in the first half. "Both of these defenses are technically top 20 defenses; I make them top five defenses essentially," he says. "They both are very good at limiting opportunities in the red zone."
