Georgia State is 4-0 ATS on the season. Each spread they have covered with ease, including winning outright as more than a touchdown underdog against Kennesaw State. Still, conference play has been a big issue for the Panthers. The last two years they are a combined 1-15 in Sun Belt play. Georgia State continues to fly under the radar in the market, and that's fine by me. I'll keep backing them until it's no longer worthwhile. They aren't a powerhouse, but they're one of the better teams in the Sun Belt, even if nobody knows it yet.
We have a Sun Belt battle between Georgia State, who is 4-0 against the spread, and Old Dominion who is 0-4 against the number this season. The difference in the teams' offenses is clear: Georgia State is #1 in the Sun Belt in yards per game (468.3) and 2nd in points per game (38.8). Meanwhile, ODU is 14th (last) in YPG (287.5) and 12th in PPG (22.3).
