Understanding Public and Money
Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

Arkansas trustees have commissioned a feasibility study on the program, which is believed to provide the lowest player, uh, payroll in the SEC. So dust off the “sense of urgency” cliche for this matchup. A defeat would begin to close the curtains on coach Ryan Silverfield's days. The Razorbacks are not about to take lightly a Group of Six league opponent, especially an unbeaten one receiving votes in the polls. The ‘Backs get a bit of relief after getting taken to the woodshed by No. 15 Utah and No. 2 Georgia. They get a break with Tulsa QB Baylor Hayes (knee) declared out. Reliever Dexter Williams was shaky against an FCS foe last Saturday, barely completing 50 percent.
While the Razorbacks have looked downright abysmal this season offensively, they still have SEC talent across the board. That is more than enough to make them a 3.5 point favorite playing at home. But we've seen the most consistent effort in this game come from the Tulsa defense all season. There's a lot out in front of Tulsa if they're able to pull off the stunner like they did against Oklahoma State. Expect a tighter game with Tulsa having a chance to win in the 4th QTR.
Tulsa will likely be without its starting QB yet this line hasn't budged all week. That's how little faith the market has in Arkansas right now, and I'm aligned with the market here.
