    Understanding Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Mike's Analysis:

This game appears to be in the direct path of a tropical storm, which has driven down the total. The Under still carries appeal. Duke has yielded 28 points in three games. UConn has scored 45 in the same amount, all against weaker competition. The Blue Devils prefer to travel on the ground, with QB Riley Leonard often keeping the ball to himself. The Huskies switched QBs last week, inserting Ta'Quan Robinson. It did not work out well, but coach Jim Mora will give it another go with him. With Notre Dame on the schedule next week, the Devils are disinterested in pouring it on -- while it might be pouring.
