    Understanding Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Bruce's Analysis:

K-State risks slipping off of the bubble entirely with another loss on Monday night, but keep in mind the Cats have been hanging around even in the games they have been losing lately, and their results charts is littered with close losses. One reason the Cats have been able to hang around lately is north Texas transfer G Tylor Perry, who three times in the past five games has scored 23 points or more, while the all-around play of Creighton transfer F Arthur Kaluma (14.4 ppg, 7.1 rpg, top-notch defense) is helping the Cats stay close. Meanwhile any KO power Texas has displayed has mostly come vs. outmanned foes, and a desperate KSU doesn't all into that category. Play K-State
