UCF @ Temple | 01/14 | 5:00 PM UTC
Temple's last two games have generated 150 and 147 points, and the Owls rank 284th in defensive efficiency. Look for the Over to improve to 7-2 in Temple's last nine games as a home underdog.
This spread just dipped under 4 and it's probably not getting lower, so we'll take it now with tipoff approaching. Both programs have had COVID issues lately. The Owls have played just four times and this is their first home game since Dec. 30. UCF hasn't played since a Jan. 2 loss at South Florida, when the Knights were without excellent freshman Isaiah Adams, the first Florida Mr. Basketball to ever commit to Central Florida. Adams averages 11.8 points on 51.2 percent shooting and 4.8 rebounds. He will play here. The Knights are 5-1 ATS in their last six games as road favorites.
The UCF Knights are just 3-3 to start the season, but they have wins over Auburn, FSU and Cincinnati. The Knights are solid defensively and should be able to make it difficult on a Temple offense that has really struggled shooting the ball during a 1-3 start. Temple has dropped three straight while the Knights have dropped two straight. UCF is the better overall team on both sides of the ball.
