Utah is coming off one of its most impressive performances of the season in a 95-71 win over LSU in the second round of the NIT. But the Utes have pretty extreme home-road splits, and they were below average in pac-12 road games all season. They were beaten my most upper-tier teams while taking care of business against lesser foes. St. Mary's failed to put away Washington in its second-round game but eventually prevailed 85-81. Led by Jock Landale, who who be the best player on the floor, look for the Gaels to dominate this matchup Wednesday night.

Utah's last win could not have been more impressive. The Utes piled up a season-high 95 points against LSU, with five players scoring at least 12 points. The visitors have taken eight of the past 10 games straight-up. They must cope with St. Mary's small-arena setting, but a better-than-average side from a power conference is a welcome catch receiving this many points.
