Go figure. Colorado State is a money line fave despite coming off a two-win season and initiating a new coach. Jim Mora worked wonders at UConn, but still. The Rams’ defense ranked a woeful 113th in FBS offense last year, which was actually better than the more dreadful offense at 124th.
