    Understanding Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Bruce's Analysis:

Wondering if the Kings have lost a bit of their recent momentum after a home loss to the Preds and then requiring OT to beat the subpar Ducks. In these last two games it has not looked like the LA that beat the Oilers 4-0 on February 10 after Edmonton had won 17 of its previous 18 games, or the Kings who closed out their recent road trip with three wins. The Oilers haven't looked much like that hot streak team lately, either, now losing three in a row, and Stuart Skinner has had a rough February in goal (4.02 GAA), but Edmonton is still scoring goals galore (31 across the last seven games) and can extend a margin.
