The Ducks return home after playing two straight overtime games at high-altitude in Colorado. Anaheim won Saturday's contest despite getting outshot 33-27. The Ducks also were outshot 34-28 in Friday's loss. The Kings defeated St. Louis in OT on Saturday while outshooting the Blues 34-25 at home. Both clubs will be playing their third game in four days. This favors Los Angeles, which really hasn't had to travel. The Ducks defeated the Kings at Staples Center back in February. Los Angeles managed a season-low 21 shots in that meeting. Losing NHL teams have struggled when returning home after playing in Colorado. I like the road team in this spot!
