Two of the games in this entertaining Stanley Cup Finals series have hit the Over, two have stayed Under. But the Caps' offense is looking stronger and stronger, and the Knights aren't going down without a "guns blazing" offensive effort. Look for both teams to come out firing, and for the score to go over. The Over hits in nearly 60 percent of my computer simulations, as well.

My projections see Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals as a near dead-even proposition, with both teams winning in about half of simulations. This dictates Washington as the clear value side because of both the plus-money payback as an underdog and its undeniable edge in current form. The Capitals have won three straight games in the series, and are coming off a 6-2 win in Game 4. Even with home-ice advantage, Las Vegas will be hard-pressed to stop the surging Capitals and extend the series. Take Washington with the lucrative price to close it out Thursday.
