The Miami Dolphins reportedly are active in trade talks to move up in Round 1 of the NFL Draft on Thursday, but not from their spot at No. 5 to perhaps ensure they get the quarterback they want. The South Florida Sun Sentinel and a few other outlets are saying the Fins want to move up from their second of three first-round picks at No. 18. The target: Most likely one of the top-four offensive tackles in the draft.

Those four are Alabama's Jedrick Wills Jr., Georgia's Andrew Thomas, Iowa's Tristan Wirfs and Louisville's Mekhi Becton and all are likely to be gone at No. 18. We projected Wirfs to go No. 4 overall to the New York Giants, Wills No. 8 to the Arizona Cardinals and Becton No. 10 to the Cleveland Browns.

Iowa's Wirfs had been the betting favorite at William Hill sportsbook to be the first offensive lineman selected, but he's now a +300 second-favorite behind Alabama's Wills (-188). Louisville's Becton might slide a bit now due to a flagged drug test from the scouting combine. The 6-foot-7, 364-pounder drew rave reviews at the NFL Combine when he ran the 40-yard dash in 5.1 seconds. That Becton is chosen somewhere in the Top 10 is a yes-only prop at -200.

Miami also has the No. 26 overall pick so it could easily move up by packaging that and the No. 18. Both those picks came via trades, with No. 18 from Pittsburgh for Minkah Fitzpatrick and No. 26 from Houston for Laremy Tunsil. The Browns at No. 10 reportedly are eager to trade down.

Ditto the 49ers at No. 13 in the pick they got for DeForest Buckner from Indianapolis. San Francisco doesn't have any selections in the second, third or fourth rounds and would like to get some.
