This is a spot and a friendly number for Anthony Edwards who is averaging 25.5 PPG this season when Karl-Anthony Townes is out of the lineup. He is the focal point on Minnesota's offense and has racked up ten 30 point performances since January 1st. AE has a green light to shoot in Minnesota's offense and with KAT out of the lineup he is the only player on their roster averaging double digit shot attempts. As far as the match up is concerned, ordinarily I wouldn't look at the 76ers as a plus match up but they are on the second half of a back to back and this will be their fifth game in seven days. Both Tobias Harris and PJ Tucker are questionable and neither suited up last night and the 76ers defense cratered and they allowed the Pacers to score 143 points. Minnesota play at the seventh fastest pace and could really take advantage of a tired 76ers squad. Edwards also averages the seventh-most transition points in the league. This is a good spot for Edwards and I think he has a good shot to score 30+ tonight at home.
