    Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Matt's Analysis:

Second of a back-to-back for the Raptors, who are without Fred VanVleet. I was hoping Scottie Barnes would miss a second straight game as well, but I'll still back the rested Bulls at home. Toronto is 1-3 without VanVleet -- who deserves to be an All-Star -- and that win came Tuesday at home vs. the Hornets. Pascal Siakam, Gary Trent Jr. and OG Anunoby all had to play pretty heavy minutes.
