I've got 15 cents of value, so I'm in on baseball's worst team tonight. Marcos Estrada gave up four runs in his last start at Kansas City and five runs before that against the Rays. Andrew Cashner has been amazing in his last two starts, allowing just three earned runs combined with the Orioles winning both. Baltimore has won only three times in its last 11 and Cashner started two of the wins. The Jays have lost four straight. Orioles to win.
