Over the last two months Angels lefty Andrew Heaney has been 40 cents better than the average major league pitcher. But on the road he has been 20 cents below the average major league pitcher where his ERA is 6.14. Wade LeBlanc's stats at home look good but he has been lucky. At 33 I was not thinking that LeBlanc was becoming an elite pitcher. His career 4.29 ERA and his 2018 home xFIP is 3.99. I have the Mariners rated the same whether versus a lefty or righty but the Angels I have rated 40 cents higher versus a lefty. Now the numbers don't reflect it in 2018 but Angels Simmons, Pujols, Upton, Cozart, Kinsler, Young all have better numbers against a southpaw.

The Mariners have won seven straight and throw Wade LeBlanc -- the team has won eight of his 11 starts. They've had the number of the Angels, winning four of six so far, and they're among the league's elite home teams, winning twice as many as they've lost (28-14). I'll jump all over them at this price.
