Leake is a steady veteran who doesn't have over powering stuff, but I have him rated 25 cents better than the average pitcher at home. Gerrit Cole is pitching like the #1 overall pick out of UCLA that he was. Cole had a couple of nice years in Pittsburgh but was just basically above average in his last two. The trade to Houston has re-energized him, but even so, today's price on the road against a quality team and pitcher is way too high. Back Seattle.

My numbers see the Mariners beating the Astros at least half the time in their Wednesday meeting, making Seattle a massive value as a sizable home underdog. The Mariners are 4-1 in starts by Mike Leake against AL West opponents, while Houston is on a 2-5 road skid versus right-handed starters.
