A pair of unbeaten Power 5 teams square off when the No. 22 Penn State Nittany Lions visit the Auburn Tigers on Saturday. Penn State (2-0) cruised to a 46-10 victory against Ohio last week, while Auburn (2-0) got past San Jose State 24-16. The Nittany Lions improved to 2-1 in the all-time series with a 28-20 home victory last season.

Kickoff at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala. is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS. The Nittany Lions are 2.5-point favorites in the latest Penn State vs. Auburn odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under for total points scored is 48. Before you make any Auburn vs. Penn State picks and college football predictions, you NEED to see the predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The model simulates every FBS college football game 10,000 times. Over the past six-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated a stunning profit of almost $3,400 for $100 players on its top-rated college football picks against the spread. It enters Week 3 of the 2022 college football season on a 50-41 run on all top-rated college football spread and money-line picks that dates back to 2021. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows Penn State racked up 572 total yards in last week's victory against Ohio, the team's highest total since recording 580 versus Illinois in its 2020 regular-season finale. Freshman Nick Singleton gained 179 yards on just 10 carries, marking the first time in 18 games the school had a 100-yard rusher. Singleton ran for 70- and 44-yard touchdowns to become the first Nittany Lion with multiple scoring runs of 40-plus yards in a game since 2002, when Larry Johnson registered three against Indiana.

The model also knows Auburn has lost only one of its last 47 home games against non-conference opponents and enters Saturday with a 17-game winning streak in such contests. The Tigers limited San Jose State to 326 total yards last week, marking the fifth consecutive game in which they have given up fewer than 400. Junior Tank Bigsby and sophomore Jarquez Hunter each ran for a touchdown in last week's victory, giving the Tigers two of the six SEC players with at least three rushing TDs this season.

Now, the model has set its sights on Penn State vs. Auburn. We can tell you it is leaning Over on the total, and it also says one side of the spread has ALL the value! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college football picks.
