When you're looking for advice on whom to pick on gameday in the NFL, nobody beats R.J. White. In fact, if you placed $100 on each of R.J. White's NFL spread picks since the start of the 2017 season, you'd be up more than $1,900. Smart bettors tail his selections.

White has been SportsLine's top pro football analyst for three-plus seasons. Over that span, the CBS Sports NFL editor and nationally recognized NFL Draft expert has gone 329-279 on against-the-spread picks, returning $1,928. Anyone who has followed him is WAY UP.

In the last five years the stats guru, whose picks are coveted by fans everywhere, has cashed huge twice in the world's most prestigious handicapping tournament, the Westgate Las Vegas SuperContest. From 2015 through '19 White went 233-174-18 in the SuperContest, nailing more than 57 percent of his picks and cashing in 2015 and '17.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, White did not travel to Las Vegas to enter this year's contest. But he is still offering his five weekly SuperContest picks to SportsLine members.

Using the Las Vegas SuperContest lines for Week 13, we can tell you White loves the Cleveland Browns (+5.5) to cover at the Tennessee Titans(See the current NFL lines for every Week 13 game on our NFL odds page.)

"The Titans are overvalued after beating an Indy team that was shorthanded on defense, and this is a prime letdown spot for them," White tells SportsLine. "I don't think the Tennessee defense is anywhere near good enough to shut the Browns down, ranking 28th in DVOA, 30th in red zone success rate and 32nd on third down. The Browns defense looked bad last week, but Myles Garrett is coming back, and that's a huge lift against a Titans offense missing Taylor Lewan. The Titans also listed a pair of key players questionable in Jeffery Simmons and Rodger Saffold. This spread should be around three, so I think we're getting plenty of value here."

White also loves a team to cover in a "low-scoring, ball-control game." Which team it is may surprise you. Anyone who uses this team could hit it BIG.
