Teams looking to get back into the Sun Belt Conference East Division race clash on Wednesday night when the Georgia State Panthers battle the Appalachian State Mountaineers. The Panthers (2-4, 1-1), fourth in the division, had finished second at 6-2 in the league and 8-5 overall in 2021. The Mountaineers (3-3, 1-2), who are tied for fifth with Georgia Southern, won the division a year ago with a 7-1 conference mark and 10-4 overall record.
