Below you will find my Dynasty trade chart for both Superflex and one-QB leagues. These will be updated once per week on Wednesday nights throughout the season and are based on 12-team PPR leagues where you start two running backs, three receivers, and a tight end.

This is best viewed as a blend of what values should be for contenders and rebuilders, so factor in where your team is in the process. Contenders should be willing to pay more for veterans, running backs, and top-performing players in the current year. Rebuilders should feel okay about paying more for rookies, draft picks, wide receivers, and players who are out for the season. If you build a trade that is even on this chart and you accomplish your goal, that's a clear win.

A word of caution about two-for-one deals. In a vacuum, you'd rather be the manager receiving one player. As a rule, I charge opposing managers a 10% premium on these values if I'm trading the best player in the deal for two lesser players. I charge a 25% premium for a three-for-one deal and would be skeptical about doing anything larger than that. 

The values assigned to the players factor in a combination of current year projection, age, and my perception of the player's upside and risk. There is also a factor for replacement cost at a given position. 

To be clear, this is not a trade chart that tries to capture the industry or community value of the player. There are other charts that do that. Use one of those alongside mine and you'll find the players I value more than the consensus, then target them. I'll also write plenty about them in the coming months and years.
