Denver Broncos 2022 futures: Super Bowl odds, win total picks, best bets, schedule and more

The Broncos have championship aspirations after upgrading at QB with Russell Wilson.

During the crazy 2022 offseason, several teams made all-in moves to improve their team's chances, but only one team was able to acquire a sure-fire future Hall of Fame quarterback. Denver gave up five draft picks and three players for Russell Wilson, the durable former Super Bowl-winning QB from Seattle. With an offense including spark plug second-year running back Javonte Williams and the above-average receiver trio of Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, and Tim Patrick, the Broncos immediately have an exciting offense and are built to win now.

The biggest obstacle the Broncos may face in 2022 is that they happen to be in the most competitive division in the NFL. The Chargers and Raiders also made notable improvements, and while the Chiefs traded away Tyreek Hill, Patrick Mahomes isn't letting that team slip too far. The division quite simply is a gauntlet. The Broncos open with four of their first six games on national television, but the first half of the season is manageable enough to give the team a reasonable chance to open above .500 before their well-timed bye week after a trip to London. Denver closes with five of their final six games against teams projected to make the playoffs -- not including the Cardinals, who did so last season.

With the tricky late-season schedule in mind, bettors need to make sure they do their homework before they invest in Caesars Sportsbook's Over/Under total of ten wins. The Super Bowl odds of +1600 are hard to assess and the conference and division odds, considering how competitive both look to be in 2022, also have plenty of moving parts. The Broncos are a tough nut to crack, and you might find yourself waiting until midway through the season to re-assess their playoff chances from there.

Below, you'll find the Denver Broncos 2022 schedule, win total and more futures odds from Caesars Sportsbook, followed by picks from top SportsLine NFL analysts Larry Hartstein and R.J. White. You'll also find three bets favored by the SportsLine Projection Model.

Entering the 2022 NFL season, Larry is 427-344 all-time on NFL sides (plus $3,764 for $100 players), including 394-330 ATS. He went 68-50 ATS (58 percent) and 8-3 on moneyline plays last season for a profit of $1,552. Over the past seven years, R.J.'s SuperContest picks are 329-250-21 (56.8 percent) and he consistently crushes the NFL: He went 445-378-24 on ATS picks from 2017-21, returning $2,542 to $100 players as SportsLine's No. 1 NFL expert in against the spread picks.
