The Baltimore Ravens will host the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in the 2024 AFC Championship Game at M&T Bank Stadium. The Ravens (14-4) are the AFC's No. 1 seed and cruised past the Texans, 34-10, in the NFL Playoffs Divisional Round last Saturday. The Chiefs (13-6) are the defending Super Bowl champions and edged the Bills, 27-24, last Sunday.
Sunday's kickoff in Baltimore is set for 3 p.m. ET. Baltimore is a 4.5-point favorite in the latest Chiefs vs. Ravens odds, while the over/under for total points scored is 44. The Ravens are -223 on the money line, while the Chiefs are +183. Before you make any Chiefs vs. Ravens picks of your own, you NEED to see what SportsLine NFL expert Mike Tierney has to say.
A veteran sportswriter whose work appears periodically in The New York Times and Los Angeles Times, Tierney has covered the NFL for decades and reported from seven Super Bowls. He had a typically strong NFL season in 2022, going 68-54-6 on his picks and returning $815 to $100 players!
In addition, he is an amazing 48-19-2 on his past 69 picks involving the Ravens, returning a whopping $2,702! Anyone who has followed him is WAY UP!
Tierney knows Baltimore is built around a fierce defense and star quarterback Lamar Jackson. The defense led the NFL in sacks and takeaways during the regular season and Jackson was named first-team All-Pro and could win a second MVP award. Jackson threw two TD passes and scored two on the ground as Baltimore pulled away from the Texans in the second half last week.
The expert also has considered that Kansas City has an MVP quarterback of its own, as Patrick Mahomes has led the Chiefs to the AFC title game in all six of his pro seasons. The two-time league and Super Bowl MVP has 477 passing yards in two games during the 2024 NFL playoffs and tight end Travis Kelce has 146 yards. Kelce scored two touchdowns in last Sunday's victory.
Now, Tierney has locked in on Chiefs vs. Ravens. We can tell you he's leaning Under the point total and he's found a critical X-factor that has him jumping all over one side of the spread! You NEED to see his analysis before locking in any Ravens vs. Chiefs picks of your own!
