A spot in the Breeders' Cup Classic will be on the line when the starting gate opens in the 2026 Pacific Classic on Saturday at Del Mar just north of San Diego. The winner of the $1 million race will earn an automatic berth in the $7 million Classic on Halloween at Keeneland. The Bill Mott-trained Knightsbridge has been installed as the 5-2 morning-line favorite in the 2026 Pacific Classic odds. Forged Steel (5-1), Hit Show (6-1), Finger (8-1), Navajo Warrior (8-1) and Full Serrano (8-1) round out the top six choices in the 11-horse Pacific Classic field.
