2026 NASCAR All-Star Race at Dover Motor Speedway, picks, props: best bets from proven racing experts

Christopher Bell will look to become the first driver since Jimmie Johnson in 2012 and 2013 to go back-to-back at the NASCAR All-Star Race when it is held on Sunday at Dover Motor Speedway.
