Christopher Bell will look to become the first driver since Jimmie Johnson in 2012 and 2013 to go back-to-back at the NASCAR All-Star Race when it is held on Sunday at Dover Motor Speedway. This will be the first time the race will be held there. Bell, who won four races a year ago, is looking for his first win this season. He has 13 career wins as well as 111 top-10 finishes. Denny Hamlin is the +380 favorite (risk $100 to win $380) at FanDuel Sportsbook.
Among the other favorites are Kyle Larson (+470), Chase Elliott (+850), Bell (+900) and Ryan Blaney (+900). Sunday's race is set to start at 1 p.m. ET. Hamlin is also the favorite to finish top-3 at +135, followed by Larson at +170, Elliott (+220) and Bell (+260) and Blaney (+260).
