The 2023-24 college basketball season continues on Tuesday with an intriguing set of games. The slate features three ranked-on-ranked matchups. No. 9 Duke (-4) plays No. 18 Michigan State in Chicago, No. 23 Illinois (-1.5) hosts No. 4 Marquette, and No. 1 Kansas (-6.5) drops in on No. 17 Kentucky (see more college basketball lines right here).
