The top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide (13-1) and No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs (13-1) face off on Monday in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in Indianapolis. The Tide beat the Bulldogs 41-24 in the SEC Championship Game on Dec. 4.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Bulldogs are 2.5-point favorites in the latest Alabama vs. Georgia odds from Caesars Sportsbook, and the over-under for total points scored is 52.5.

Before you decide on any Georgia vs. Alabama national championship picks or college football predictions, you need to see what the SportsLine Projection Model has to say.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every FBS college football game 10,000 times. Over the past five-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated a stunning profit of almost $3,600 for $100 players on its top-rated college football picks against the spread. It also entered the final week of the 2021-22 college football bowl season on a 43-31 run on all top-rated college football side picks. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model has considered how the Crimson Tide dominated the last meeting, putting up 536 yards against one of the nation's top defenses. Quarterback Bryce Young threw for 421 and three TDs, and wide receiver Jameson Williams had 187 and two scores. Brian Robinson also is a threat on the ground, and he rushed for 198 yards in the semifinal against Cincinnati. Bama's defense revolves around  pass rusher Will Anderson, who leads the nation with 17.5 sacks. The unit held Georgia to 3-of-12 on third-down conversions in the last meeting.

The model also knows the two turnovers Georgia committed in the last meeting were out of character, and the Bulldogs score more than 39 points per game. Quarterback Stetson Bennett threw for 340 yards in the SEC title game and 310 in the semifinal win against Michigan. The Bulldogs' signature is defense, as the unit allows an FBS-low 9.5 points per game and ranks in the top five against the run and the pass, allowing 254.4 yards per contest.

SportsLine's model has simulated Alabama vs. Georgia in the 2022 CFP National Championship Game 10,000 times, and the results are in. We can tell you that the model is leaning Under on the total, and it also says one side of the spread has ALL the value! You absolutely need to see it before locking in your own picks.
