Tigers QB Bo Nix has been shaky at times, so there is no better cure for the jitters than facing statistically the nation’s ultimate pushover defense. Auburn, not far removed from a top-10 preseason ranking, is 2-2 straight-up. However, the Tigers heavily outgained South Carolina last Saturday, and the other defeat was to possible playoff invitee Georgia. Until new coach Lane Kiffin shows any interest in defense, the Rebels are a near-automatic fade.

Vegas expects this to be a shootout, and for the life of me, I can’t figure out why. Auburn’s offense is a joke and, while Ole Miss has weapons, it’s hard to trust a team that turned the ball over seven times last weekend. Auburn will rely on Tank Bigsby to keep the Rebels offense off the field, grind it out, and send this one WAY Under.
