What seems to have been lost in Miami's Week 0 loss to Florida is that the Gators ... are good. The Hurricanes did struggle to move the ball offensively against a quality defense, particularly late in the game, but are also coming into this game fresh from one of two off weeks they will have this season. Jarren Williams showed a lot of promise against Florida and should show out with the extra week to prepare for UNC. Plus, the Canes simply have the athletes to outlast the Tar Heels on both sides of the ball. Look for plenty of Turnover Chain and just enough points to get Miami over the number.

Recency bias is a hell of a drug, and it's evident in this point spread. North Carolina beat South Carolina last week, but it wasn't what anybody would consider to be an impressive performance. The Tar Heels will have a much more difficult time against a Miami team that nearly beat a good Florida team while allowing 10 sacks. It'll be the Canes defense creating chaos in this matchup. Canes by at least a TD.
