Ever since the start of February Nebraska has been one of the hotter teams in the Big Ten. It's true that they've mostly beaten up on bottom feeder Big Ten opponents, but in that span, they've also played good teams very tough. Indiana is not one of those good teams and they could have easily lost to Penn State last night in a game where neither team looked impressive. Nebraska comes into this game as the more talented team and that's showcased in their offensive and defensive ratings. I expect them to win this one by 5 or more.

After last night’s thriller vs. Penn State, that’s now five wins in a row for the Hoosiers and keeps them alive as a longshot to steal a bid to the Dance if they can keep winning thru the weekend at Target Center. Meanwhile, for Nebraska, no more Michigan or Rutgers or Minnesota to feast upon. This also doesn’t look like the same Indiana that the Huskers beat twice this season by almost-identical scores (85-70 & 86-70), especially as 7-foot Oregon transfer C Kel’el Ware has emerged as a destructive force, scoring 26 or more on three different occasions in the upswing and gathering better than 12 rebounds pg in the process.
