    Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Matt's Analysis:

It's the MAAC opener for both schools. For what it's worth, Canisius has won eight of its last nine conference openers and the past three in that scenario against the Stags. They split last year, both games at Fairfield. Canisius returns four starters from last season. Senior Malik Green ranks third in the MAAC in scoring average (16.6 ppg) and first in the conference in field goal percentage (51.8). The SportsLine Projection Model has the Golden Griffins winning by five. ESPN's BPI about the same.
