As of this writing, Hoosiers-Badgers has the lowest total of any game Thursday. Per usual, Wisconsin is a very good defensive team in allowing just 60.5 points, fewest in the Big Ten. Indiana allows the second-fewest at 64.5. Plus, the Hoosiers will be without their second-leading scorer, Armaan Franklin (12.7 ppg), due to injury. At some point, though, a total is just too low to not bet the Over, and I believe this is one of those. No model I've checked has the game under the 130s, with SportsLine's having it finish with a combined 139 points. The Over has hit in 17 of UW's past 24 at home. Last year in Madison, these teams combined for 148 points.
