A subplot to this series is closes finishes, as three of the past 10 meetings were determined in the final possession and four more by single digits. Though Auburn won the latest in the series by 14, Georgia actually led by 14 at halftime. Auburn's primary scorer, guard Bryce Brown, made the trip but could be held out with a shoulder injury.
