    Understanding Public and Money

Think of 'Public' as the percentage of people betting on each side and 'Money' as how much money is being bet. When there's a big difference between the 'Public' and 'Money' data, it usually means that the more serious bettors (referred to as 'Sharp Money') are favoring a particular side.

    Larry's Analysis:

This is an obvious letdown spot for the Wizards, who pulled off a 127-126 upset in Dallas on Tuesday for their third straight win. They're thinner without Rui Hachimura (traded) and Kristaps Porzingis (ankle injury), and Bradley Beal, Kyle Kuzma, Corey Kispert and Deni Avdija all played at least 30 minutes versus the Mavericks. Washington has not covered any of its last five visits to Houston. The Rockets are the NBA's worst team, but Jalen Green and Alperen Sengun -- who led Houston to an upset of Minnesota last time out -- can keep this competitive.
