White, a CBS Sports fantasy and gambling editor, ended the 2020 season on an 80-59 run on all NFL picks, returning more than $1,400 during that span. He also enters Week 9 as SportsLine's No. 2 rated NFL expert, going 42-29-1 (+1000) on his last 72 NFL ATS picks. Ryan Tannehill Under 1.5 passing TDs (-115)

"Tannehill has thrown multiple touchdowns in just two of his eight games this year, and while the Titans are sure to throw more with Derrick Henry out, I don't necessarily know that they'll do it successfully. A.J. Brown popped up on the injury report as not practicing on Friday, leaving him with a questionable tag. That would obviously be a big loss; Brown has caught three of Tannehill's eight touchdown passes this year. Julio Jones avoided an injury tag but was limited in practice all week, so he'll likely be playing at less than 100%. The Titans also have two tackles listed as questionable, so who knows if Tannehill is going to have much time to throw. That'll be easier if Jalen Ramsey, who's also questionable, doesn't suit up, but the Rams have surrendered just nine passing touchdowns all year. The market is giving Tannehill a 50-50 chance to throw multiple TDs this week, but I think it's gotta be lower than that."

Cooper Kupp Over 97.5 receiving yards (-115)

"Kupp is chasing the receiving title, averaging 115.5 yards per game, and while that only ranks second behind Deebo Samuel, the 49ers receiver might have to miss this week due to injury. Kupp, who has recorded at least 115 receiving yards in his last three games and at least 92 yards in all but one game this season, could be in line for even more work than usual with Robert Woods listed as questionable. The Titans defense has played much better the last few weeks, but not only does it rank last in yards allowed to receivers this year, the only team that's within 150 yards of them is the Colts, who are barely inside that margin and have played one extra game. If Kupp sees the lion's share of the passing-game work as expected, he should have no problem getting over 100 yards for a fourth straight game."

Matthew Stafford longest completion Over 40.5 yards (-110)

"Stafford has delivered nine passes of this length this year, and while his two longest went to DeSean Jackson, who's no longer with the team, his next two longest went to Van Jefferson, who has seen an uptick in playing time the last two weeks. I think Jefferson Overs could be worth a play if you can find them, but I also like Stafford to find either Jefferson or Kupp for a long completion against a Titans defense that is facing close to 40 pass attempts per game and has allowed seven receptions of at least 50 yards this year to three different teams. You might expect that from the Seahawks, who posted three of the seven, but the Jaguars? The Jets? And while the Colts didn't quite get a 40-yarder last week against the Titans, they came close twice, with Michael Pittman going for 38 yards and Jonathan Taylor for 37 yards. I figure the superior Rams offense gets there this week."
