The second round of the 2023 NCAA Tournament begins Saturday, and the 15th-seeded Princeton Tigers will look to pull off another upset when they take on the No. 7 seed Missouri Tigers in a South Region matchup. Tip-off in Sacramento is set for 6:10 p.m. ET. Missouri is favored by 6.5 points in the latest Missouri vs. Princeton odds, while the over/under is set at 148.5 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before you make any Princeton vs. Missouri picks or any other college basketball predictions, you NEED to see which side SportsLine expert Matt Severance is on.

Severance is a well-connected writer and handicapper who has worked in the industry since 2005. He is one of SportsLine's top college basketball experts and is on a sizzling 159-99-1 (+2157) roll on his picks. Anyone following him is WAY UP!

Severance knows Missouri is coming off its first NCAA Tournament victory since 2010, a 76-65 triumph over Utah State on Thursday. D'Moi Hodge led the team offensively with 23 points as he made half of Missouri's 10 3-pointers. Fellow senior guard Kobe Brown recorded 19 points on 7-of-8 shooting and pulled down a game-high eight rebounds.

The expert also knows Princeton's drought in the Tournament was even longer, as its 59-55 first-round victory against Arizona was its first since 1998, when the team defeated UNLV. Senior forward Tosan Evbuomwan was the only player to reach double figures for Princeton, going 7-for-15 from the field en route to 15 points, while sophomore guard Blake Peters finished with nine points on 3-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc. Princeton fell behind 55-50 with 4:45 remaining before going on a 9-0 run that featured a pair of baskets by senior guard Ryan Langborg.

Now, Severance has locked in another confident against-the-spread pick for Missouri vs. Princeton. We can tell you he's leaning Under the total, but he knows a crucial X-factor makes one side of the spread a MUST-BACK! You ABSOLUTELY need to see what it is before locking in any picks of your own.
