Today's picks: Rams-Cardinals top play, plus college basketball and Serie A picks for Monday

Allan reveals the late-game struggles of the Cleveland Browns that second half and fourth quarter bettors can take advantage of. In college basketball, Mike is on Chicago State +1.5 over Northern Illinois at 1 p.m. ET. These are two of the worst teams in the nation, but Chicago State is the better team here. The Cougars will have the edge in rebounding and dictating the pace of play. 

Allan's featured NFL prop in Rams-Cardinals at 8:15 p.m. ET is Kyler Murray Over 26.5 rushing yards. "You go back to that Week 4 matchup between these two teams, the Cardinals rushed for 216 yards, their highest total of the season," he says. Allan says the Rams will be heavily focused on containing the Arizona RBs, which will work to Murray's advantage. "We're going to be in a great spot for Kyler to roll out on either side, and we're going to see him going left, right and up the middle. No matter what game script they are in, Kyler Murray will use his legs."

The Coach provides a pair of SportsLine Plays of the Day, backing Rhode Island -6.5 over Milwaukee at 8 p.m. ET in college hoops. He also highlights Roma -1.5 over Spezia at 2:45 p.m. ET in Serie A action.
