This game was a late addition to the schedule to make up for the original game that had to be postponed, but are we sure LSU even wants to make this one up? The Tigers don't have much to play for here, and Alabama has reverted back to Death Machine Mode. I just don't see how LSU does enough offensively to keep this one respectable.

I look at the trenches in this game, where it will have to be won by LSU. Last week against Texas A&M, the Tigers got beat up physically at the point of attack. Alabama's defensive front seven provides a much stiffer test than the Aggies' group did. Offensively, I struggle to see how the Tigers, with a freshman QB, will have any sustained success against an Alabama squad that has its sights set on the CFB Playoffs.
