This line is a show of respect to Stanford coach David Shaw and his ability to get his Cardinal team ready to play. Unfortunately, Stanford is so banged up right now that his coaching acumen may not be able to supersede his lack of personnel. Even though we tend to see the Ducks come up small in big games like this, it'll be hard for them to do that considering where Stanford is as a team right now. The Ducks are catching them at the right time.
