Jordan Spieth Open Championship predictions 2022: Betting odds, Outlook, Simulations, Predictions
Jordan Spieth is an easy player for casual golf fans to root for; his demeanor is usually calm and his game, when dialed in, is among the most enjoyable to watch. He's had quite a bit of success in all four major tournaments throughout his career though his record at the Open Championship stands out. In eight appearances, he has four top ten finishes, including a win in 2017 and a runner up finish to Collin Morikawa in 2021.
This year, though, Spieth's performances have been uninspiring in the Majors. He missed the cut at the Masters and could only turn in top-40 performances at the PGA Championship and U.S. Open. He won the RBC Heritage tournament in April and two additional top ten finishes in the seven starts post his most recent win. At last week's Scottish Open, he was in contention for the win on Sunday before a collapse on the back nine left him in a tie for tenth place.
At +1600, Spieth looks to present decent value for those bettors planning to avoid McIlroy and Schauffele at the top of the odds board.

Jordan Spieth Open Championship Prediction
It's the challenge of weighting past Open Championship performances vs. recent major championship form. Considering his solid finish last week at the Scottish Open, Spieth should absolutely be considered as a threat to win at St. Andrews though a top-10 bet might be the safer play.
