Fantasy Baseball: Three infielders to target in Week 7

The 2019 Fantasy baseball season is now over a month old, and making the right calls this week can be the difference in winning a league or going home with nothing when the playoffs roll around in a few months. 

SportsLine data scientist Stephen Oh has simulated the entire Week 7 slate, plus the rest of the season, 10,000 times and found three infielders who are way undervalued. These are player to target in a trade, on the waiver wire, or make sure they're in your lineups and not on the bench this week.

Three undervalued infielders for Week 7 of the Fantasy baseball season:

2B Niko Goodrum, Detoit Tigers -- Goodrum is projected to be the sixth best second baseman next week but is ranked 19th in start percentage. Goodrum has been extremely patient at the plate, ranking ninth in the American League in walks. 

SS Jorge Polanco, Minnesota Twins -- Polanco is projected to be the third best SS in fantasy but is ranked 11th in start percentage. Polanco is slashing .336/5/11, putting him on pace for his best career season. 

3B Tommy La Stella, Los Angeles Angels - La Stella is projected to be the sixth best third baseman next week but is ranked 19th in start percentage. His previous career high in home runs for a season was five, but he has seven already this season. The Angels have a very favorable schedule next week, including three games against a struggling Baltimore staff.
