Finding late-round steals is the key to winning in any Fantasy league, but if it were easy, anyone could do it. And everyone is trying to do. We think we've got a path to identifying these kind of sleepers who can jump from the late rounds to the first few rounds by next season. 

What you want to look for, SportsLine Fantasy expert Alex Chamberlain says, are elite tools. "All of these players have some kind of outlier asset, Chamberlain says, "Whether it be a particular tool or simply status as a top prospect, which maybe implies future, rather than current, possession of an outlier asset(s)"
